UpcycleX was founded on a simple conviction. Plastic waste does not need to exist as waste.

The company began in the research labs where Dr. Wren Lee spent years advancing catalysis and exploring how novel catalysts could transform plastics into something more valuable. That work led to a breakthrough. An energy-efficient, scalable process capable of upgrading plastic waste into high-value chemicals rather than low-grade outputs.
